Job Title: Regional Information Technology Manager
Job Duties: Manage regional and company Information Technology Department; Uphold established company vision, mission, policies and procedures relevant to the corporate business objectives, quality assurance policies and standards; Participate as a member of the management team in the development of the company business strategy and other short and long term corporate plans, providing input and expertise relevant to IT and strategic planning issues; Develop goals and objectives for the Regional Information Technology Office in line with the company mission and business strategy; Develop, coordinate, guide, implement and maintain IT systems strategic and operational plans in support of the overall management direction; Provide guidance and oversight to the Regional Information Technology Office staff to assist them in ensuring efficient and successful IT operations through the development of performance measures, establishment of goals and objectives, setting priorities and obtaining and giving feedback; Develop the annual budget for the Regional IT Office. Reconcile monthly actual expenditures against the budget; assist subsidiary IT Managers in the development of subsidiary human resource office budgets; Direct ad manage staffing election, employee development and separation to provide and maintain a qualified and productive IT management and hourly positions with fully qualified and productive workforce; Formulate, develop and direct the administration and interpretation of IT policies, implementing and monitoring compliance with IT policies to ensure protection of IT assets and integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the strategic business units and to guide and facilitate company operations, ensuring that they comply with federal and local laws, as well as company and industry standards; Develop and maintain business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster; Serve on company boards or committees or as project manager on special projects, as assigned by the President, Executive Vice President and General Manager. Provide IT advice and leadership on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems specifically EETrack freight forwarding system, Insite warehouse management system, SAP.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent plus five years of experience as Technical Development & Support Manager, Information Technology Manager, or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
