| Job Duties: | Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems and building condition to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed. Perform manual repairs when necessary, fix locks, replace windows etc. Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping and ground maintenance.Clean and maintains of establishments premises. Clean floors, carpets by sweeping, mopping, polishing, stripping, brushing, vacuum, scrubbing, using proper equipment and cleaning materials or chemical, cleaning window and doors, hand rails. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and patrons. Will do all related duties as needed, or as assign from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 2 years work experience. Proven experience as maintenance technician. Must have specific understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, hydraulic and other maintenance systems. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of construction tools, common appliances and electrical devices.Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekend. Must have clean criminal record and physically fit. Must have valid driver’s license. |
