| Job Duties: | Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Mat man and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials, control traffic passing near, in or around work zones. Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Load, unload or identify building materials, machinery or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must have 6 mos.-1 year experience as construction worker. Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction or repair of house, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies to promote effective security operations for the protection of people, property and institutions. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Trade tests and pre employment drug tests may be required. |
