| Job Duties: | Managing nursery facilities or at company location planting, cultivating, harvesting and transplanting trees, shrubs, or plants. Grafts tropical and other plants, propagates seeding, mixes and treats planting media, sprays plants for disease and insect control, waters and fertilizers plants, weeds and otherwise maintains a nursery, takes inventory of tools and equipment, may assign and review the work of helpers in preparing soil for planting, trimming, cutting slips, simple re-potting and similar tasks, may drive a light truck to transport plants, may operate light motorized equipment's such as bush cutters, mowers, etc. |
