| Job Duties: | ● Coordinates project resources such as manpower, information, rooms, tools and equipment. ● Assists to ensure that projects are in compliance with the organization’s requirements. ● Maintains tracking and reporting work progress. ● Maintains filing system of project development related documents, such as licenses, permits, inspection reports among others. ● Assist the project team in maintaining and integrating project plans. ● Assist the project team in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with Company requirements. ● Assist the project team in monitoring resource utilization. ● Orders and ensures that office supplies are sufficient for everyone’s need. ● Ensures that tools and equipment are in good operating condition. Coordinates with telecommunications’ provider. ● Assist project coordinator in establishing and maintaining the project documentation including creating job files, printing, copying, collating, and filing all relevant project information. ● Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. ● Monitors and prepares site workers’ timesheets. Assist the project team in reviewing engineer reports, ensuring all work has been completed and within estimated timeframe. Prepares internal and external correspondences. ● Assists in preparation of required documents in the application of permits and licenses. ● Disseminates Weekly Project status as prepared by Project Development Engineers. ● Ensures internal departments are kept informed of requirements and timescales as advised by project manager. Attends and takes minutes of meeting. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ● 3 years’ relevant work experience in a project development industry with an Engineering background. ● Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. ● Must be proficient in English, verbal & written. Must possess knowledge in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. ● Must be able to write correspondence. ● Have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work on an extended working hours and on holidays if needed. ● Can work with minimum supervision. ● Must be assertive and with good analytical thinking. Must be able to work in the U.S. |
