| Job Duties: | ● Must be able to provide estimate, projected cost plan and cash flow reports for Client’s reference. ● Facilitate procurement and commercial management of project development including proper tendering and sourcing of suppliers for cost efficiency. ● Prepared detailed comparison of report and recommendation for Client’s approval ● Preparation and issuance of Contract Agreement and Purchase Orders. ● Evaluate Contractor’s billing statement and variation claims based on actual site accomplishment. ● Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes. ● Monitor and ensure conformance to building safety codes and quality control of the project. ● Coordinate with the Clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractor for project updates. ● Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or project development problems. ● Plan, schedule, or coordinate project development project activities to meet deadlines. ● And other Duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or any related field of study in • engineering/project development. • With work experience of more than 10 years in project development of High-rise or large scale projects especially in procurement process such as issuance of bidding and tender invitations based on ISO standards of procurement. • background in project development commercial processes and documentation • knowledge in project development cost control management, billing statements evaluation and variation order claims. • Must be able to provide project development estimate and projected project cost for Clients • request. • Can operate AutoCAD and/or any engineering drawing software is an advantage. • Must be able a team player, resourceful and can work under pressure. |
