| Job Duties: | • Manage the uniform design process and on-going replacement of uniforms. This includes coordinating with all department heads and uniform designers to achieve the best outcome • Effective and efficient management of the department logistical operations to ensure high standard of uniform presentation is maintained without any disruption to the business. This includes all uniformed staff to be provided with clean and fresh uniforms as required • Monitor uniform manufacturing process, production schedule and quality control, ensure to deliver high quality services in a dynamic manner • Create design sketch and tech packs independently • Manage the uniform inventory and ensure the department budget is in line and achieve the maximum profitability of all facilities and services by monitoring costs and expenses • Coordinate with all department heads and employee relations to ensure the uniform standards of all uniformed staff are maintained as required by company grooming standards • Development and continuous improvement of Wardrobe departmental training programs fostering the career development of all team members • Ensure all uniforms are maintained to achieve required employee uniform standards • Ensure the quality and use by dates of all uniforms are monitored and replaced as required • Ensure all uniformed staff adhere to set policies and procedures when using uniforms • Ensure clean uniforms are provided in time for all uniformed employees • Ensure all Wardrobe employees are trained in all aspects of operations • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • 7 years or above in operating wardrobe or uniform design experience • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a casino hotel/resort • Bachelor’s degree in in Art / design or other related discipline • Have a clear understanding of the uniform design development process • Familiar with Asian casino markets & environments • Equivalent professional training is preferred • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency in Design Software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
