| Job Duties: | Install, repair, and service central package type A/C units and refrigeration systems. Test electrical circuit components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring. Inspect and test system to verify system compliance. Review blueprints, maintaining tools, perform emergency repairs, ordering supplies, make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. Record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operations. Must recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment. Selling of service contracts to clients in order to ensure long-term client relationships. |
