| Job Title: | IT Customer Service and Receptionist |
| Job Duties: | As a customer service associate and receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people and customer support calls through the business and ensure that all customer service and receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately • Answer, screen and forward any incoming IT support phone calls and assigning support ticket numbers. • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings, on-site support schedules and appointments. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. • Must be able to work after office hours, be on-call and overtime as the company provide 24/7 support to its clientele. |
