Job Title: Hotel Manager
Job Duties: Supervise staff at all levels (receptionist, kitchen, staff, housekeeping, office employees) and set clear objectives. Develop and implements effective and efficient marketing strategy, in particular work with local travel agencies and online travel booking companies to maximize marketing awareness with key customer groups and presentations. Communicate with customers when appropriate to address any complaints, find solutions to problems or offer information. Deal with maintenance issues, and equipment and building and landscaping. Establish good working relationship with external parties, suppliers, travel agencies, event organizers. Inspect and ensure maintenance of all facilities and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and other local government compliance and licensing issues.

Qualification Requirements: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, or relevant role. Understand of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate aptitude in decision making and problem solving. Reliable and with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Degree or proven relevant experience in Hotel/Hospitality management or similar certifications. US Citizens and Permanent residents preferred. Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese referred but not required.
