| Job Title: | IT Manager, Telecommunications |
| Job Duties: | The primary purpose of this job is to manage and advance voice communication and conferencing systems for Imperial Pacific CNMI LLC. This position will work with business teams, infrastructure teams and network engineering to evaluate, design, implement and operationally support a hotel and casino telecommunication environment. II. Essential Tasks: • Manage and administer telecommunication and cellular service infrastructure and its associated software, including PBXs, VoIP, call management system, voice mail, video conferencing, interactive voice response, and other telephony or network applications. • Map current capabilities and assist in planning roadmaps to leverage emerging trends in VoIP, cloud, managed services and mobility solutions. • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for telecommunication systems administration and appropriate use. • Design and oversee telecommunications projects to improve or expand the current infrastructure. • Work with end users to establish and deliver service level agreements base on customer requirements. • Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for telecommunications traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecommunications systems • Conduct testing and develop disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and backup systems. • Generate, analyze and develop action plans from telecommunications usage and inventory reports. • Research emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of telecommunications equipment procurement and development efforts. • Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsources, and contractors to secure products and services. • Administer contracts for mobility and telecommunication equipment and services. • Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure the safe and proper installation of cabling, wiring, and other electrical hardware. • Manage numerous telecommunications projects concurrently with skills in identifying projects scope and resources; recommending project budget and spending plan. • Proven track record for providing mentoring, technical and career development and leadership to less experienced team members, |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: o Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. • Work Experience: o Minimum of ten (10) years’ of experience in managing telecommunications systems and teams in a medium to large enterprise is required. o Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in building, mentoring, and challenging teams with diverse backgrounds and technical competencies. o Past performance leading the design, implementation, and support of complex integrations with third-party communication systems including but not limited to contact center software, Microsoft Lync/Skype for business, AVAYA Conferencing and other hosted VoIP solutions. o Extensive experience in installing and maintaining Avaya systems. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: o Good interpersonal and Communication skills. o Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
