| Job Duties: | Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Bike Technician.Able to describe and explain the use of the mechandise such as Bike, components, accessories,the safety operation, and care of the bike to the customers. Must know how to build bike wheels. Must be knowledgeable on a Di2 system and a hydraulic disc brake system.Able to answer service question honestly, must be reliable,and able to provide an exemplary technical service. Record and report any problems or suggestions on a repair directly to the customer along with a quote for the repair before the work is done. Know the correct procedures for doing all repairs and maintenance and complete sales checks and accessories install in a timely manner. Perform each repair thoroughly and satisfactorily to exceed customer's expectations. Able to assist in service writing when paperwork and computer invoicing associated with the repair work backup is needed.The willingness to continue to learn about new product and repair techniques. |
