| Job Duties: | Coordinate and supervise all aspects of teller operations and ensuring the daily activities of the tellers are performed in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Assist in coaching, training and development of tellers; Review requirements for all new account openings; Adhere to help enforce all security procedures as well as other departmental policies and procedures; Research and resolve customer's questions, problems, and concerns by telephone, written correspondence or in person. Assis branch management with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. |
