| Job Duties: | Responsible for installing, configuring software and repairing the hotel computer system in an effective and efficient manner in order to meet Aqau Resort Club Saipan objectives. Established and achieve consistent high standards of computing hardware and software performance of the hotel Property Management System software (Fidelio system), Point of Sale system software in Restaurant and ARC cafe, employee time management software and system, web design and web maintenance, manage hotel email system, local are network and wireless networking installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, Printing and copying troubleshooting, Audio & video systems, installation and maintenance, Telephone troubleshooting and PBX system maintenance, rooms digital safety box troubleshooting. To perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or Director of Operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree desired: Course study in Computer Science Management Information Systems, or closely related field is required. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT department and staff preferred. Requires at least 5 years of progressive experience in applying computer and information technology to business solutions, with at least three years experience with enterprise-wide systems. Must have excellent knowledge in Local Area Networking both wired and wireless, Server operation, Computer repair and operation, Office software, Web design, Systems maintenance. Multilingual preferred, but not required. Can work alone, including laying out LAN and networking computers. With experience in sound system operation, PBX and telephone, digital safe, and employees biometric time management. With experience in Front Office operation, Software's as Micros Fidelio and POS system. Can be available 24 hours on on-call basis. Must be a Team Player and flexible. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
