| Job Duties: | Candidates must have knowledge in the operation and maintenance of various equipment product types, be able to provide for basic to advance cleaning services, be able to work effectively as a team in a group setting or independently and use careful judgment when addressing complaints and concerns with regard to cleaning apparatus, must know to operate polishing and marble cleaning equipment, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, lounge rooms, kitchen, lavatories, urinals, office furniture, main hallways and corridors, dusting of all office furniture and mill work,cleaning of all interior and exterior windows, sanitizing and disinfecting all areas for cleaning purposes, etc. Candidate must have knowledge in providing for carpet and shampoo and soil extraction services, the equipment to be used and the solutions to be diluted. Candidate must know how to effectively dry out shampooed carpeting of all types, timing, etc... Candidate must know how to polish all types of flooring and the solutions used to complete the tasks at hand, and other duties as may be assigned by the roaming supervisor on duty. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Clean Driving Record statement from DMV, current Police Clearance from the Courts, high school diploma or its equivalency, must speak, read, write, and understand English, If no high school diploma or equivalency, candidates must have at least 8 months of previous janitorial cleaning experience. Candidate to this position may from time to time carry objects or boxes that weigh anywhere from 30-50 lbs. as part of this requirement. All previous employments will be verified true and accurate.
