| Job Duties: | Assists baker by performing any combinations of the following duties in bread-baking department: carries and distributes supplies, such as flour, shortening, and baking pans. Mixes, neads, or shapes dough for bread, rolls, muffins, or bisquits. Cuts dough into uniform portions. Greases pans used to mold or bake bread and lines pans with waxed paper. Places pans of dough into oven to bake. Removes baked products form oven. cleans bakery utensils, equipment, and work area. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. |
