| Job Duties: | Manages tour service business of the company. Directs, participates and coordinates in merchandising tour agency services. Plans and develop policies and goalsand implements goals through subordinates employees in the tour services business. Manages and directs promotion of tour services package to obtain efficiency and profitabilit of the business.Trains employees on advising customers on current travel accomodations, calculating costs, travel plans from specialized tours and packages. Converses and communicate preferably with Korean and Japanese tourist and guest visitors to determine tour destinations, accomodations and financial considiertions. Must be knowledgeable on all tour informations such as local customs, points of interest and special evetns occuring in various locations, or foreign foreign country rgulations such as consular requirments and currency limitations. Reconcile sales slip of daily basis. Coordiantes sales activities approve advertising copy and travel/tour display works. Keeps employee records, hires and discharge employees. Myabe designated as tour guide if and when neecessary and do other related duties. |
