| Job Duties: | The On-Site Director is the primary responsible person for all the staff and clients at Sunrise Daycare Center. All day-to-day operational decisions must be authorized by the On-site Director. The On-Site Director reports to the Presidents and must obtain authorization for any major changes in day-to-day operations, programming, or policy and procedures concerns. The On-Site Dirctor collaborates with the Office Manager regarding accounting and payroll. The Office Manager has ultimate decision making authority pertaining to payroll concerns of Sunrise Daycare Center Staff, through the President. The On-Site Dirctor must be flexible in job resposibilities to be able assist the Daycare Workers in carrying out programs whenever and wherever needed. |
