| Job Duties: | The incumbent performs duties and resposibilities to manage, plan, direct and coordinate daily business operations submitted to and approved by the President. Direct and coordinates activities of organization to obtain effieciency and economy operation and maximized profits. Directs major policies and programs. Plans develops and implements through subordinates and administrative personnel organizational policies and goals. Computer literate and have knowledge of several microsoft programs. Must be fluent in English and Japanese language and have effective communication skill. Knowlegeable in many aspects of business organization. Have background of accounting enough to interpret financial statement, sufficient knowledge or required taxes in the CNMI. Must be flexible and has extensive knowledge in managing the present line of business of the company. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
