| Job Duties: | Coordinates food service activities of restaurant or similar stablishment or at social functions: Estimates food and beverages costs and requisition or purchases of supplies. Confers with food preparations and other personnel to plan menus and other related activities, such as dining room, bar, banquest preparations anf the like. Directs hiring and assignment of personnel. Investigates and resolves food quality and services complaints. May review financail transactions and montior budget to ensure expenditures stays within budget limitations. Maybe designated according to type of stablishment or specialty as caterer. Must know how to teach the subordianting employees to prepare the chicken sauce (Korean and Japanese style)for the special menue fo the restaurant- Chicken. And can do other related duties. |
