She sees to it that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved on guest services availed by guest. To attends to various needs of VIP guests. To ensure of promoting the existing hotel promotions, activities and programs by familiarizing with promotion techniques. To supervise the check-in of guests and VIP guests. To ensure that all guest requests, requirements and feedback are attended to promptly and handled correctly and professionally and other related duties. |
