| Job Duties: | Supervise food activities inside the kitchen check orders, estimates food costs & requisi- tions or purchase supplies cnonfers w/ food preparations, plan menus & related activities of the kitchen. Inspect kitchen area,freezers refrigerators, making sure the food in on the proper place, clean & ot spoiled. Responsible for the supervision of kitchen staff w/ such tasks as cooking the food in quantities accor ding to order & menu, investigate & resolve food quality, inventory of foods & supplies of kitchen. Shall present oral & written re- ports of kitchen operations & other related duties as assigned or as required. |
