Ability to work flexible hour or work shifts. Schedules training program for employee's and suggest the need for further development. Leads employee's to achieve highest level of customer service. Analyzes operational from standpoints of operating cost,increasing sales efficiency and merchandising principles. Adjust customer complaint's concerning services, food and beverages. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
