| Job Duties: | Direct activities for stopping the spread of infections in facilities such as in the building & it's grounds. Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards. Plan and prepare employee work schedules. Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary. Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action. Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner for all the tenants & occupants of the building, to ensure that there will be no interruptions on the business operation of the company's business & it's tenants. Check equipment in the building to ensure that it is in working order.Equipments such as generator, water pumps, and the like Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required. Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of linens, furniture, flooring, and surfaces. Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, and the use and maintenance of equipment. Do also the supervision of the safety and maitenance of the building: such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and do other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | MMechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Psychology — Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
