| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structures of building, such as apartments and houses and logging and mining constructions, using handtools and power tools, hoist crane and measuring and testing instrument. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment to detect malfunction. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures and repairs woodwork with carpenters tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Repairs plaster and lays brick. Installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishment following specifications, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings.
