| Job Duties: | Creates program or software that is needed by the company, installs the program in a network group, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots. Prepares detailed flowchart and database of all commercial & residential tenants including the recording of all payments, lease agreement expiration, reading of submeters, water consumption, repairs done on each unit and internet networking. Must be expert in internet-based security surveillance camera including its installation & maintenance. Must know the Korean-software POS program which is currently being used by the business. Will also be assigned to e-communicate with different vendors from Asia such as China & Korea to purchase equipment, furnitures & supplies. May do other related duties. |
