| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the dining room personnel. Provide fast and courteous service to patrons. Greet guests,escorts them to table and give menus. Make schedules on dining reservations. Listen and entertain complaints of patrons. Assigns work task and coordinate various activities to ensure prompt and courteous services are provided to patrons. Inspect dining areas serving stations equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met. May train and conduct meetings from time to time, may schedule work hours and keep tract of employees records. Prepare time sheets for payroll periods. Check requisition on table linen, room supplies, uniforms and other for sewing purposes. May assist in interview,select or hire new employees for F & B Department. May help in planning and presenting changes on menus. Does other various related duties as may be assigned and directed by the manager. |
