Job Title: Bookkeeping, Accounting & Auditing Clerk
Job Duties: Account Management: Manage new customers and existing accounts.. Create New accounts (QuickBooks and assign customer account number). Understand all the existing accounts per district.. Monitor Quotation, Purchase Orders, Order numbers, and Payments. Reports: Monitor AP/AR and generate sales and financial reports.. Maintain (healthy) bookkeeping, including monthly bills (sending reminders). Generate financial (P&L) at the end of the month.. Identify the monthly sales for Tax purposes (BGRT)Logistics:. Monitor the order delivery via emails.. Assist in following-up on shipping status (online). Manage Inventory. Answer Clients inquiry: phone calls and emails Sales Support:. Monitor all the client's websites for RFP/IFB and other business opportunities.. Create proposal for Renewals, Prepare RFP/IFB proposals and New Orders. other assigned admin task.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have at least 16-months of work related experience as Bookkeeping, Accounting and Auditing Clerk. Having an experienced of administrative clerk is a plus. With knowledge of financial accounting concepts and principles. Knowledgeable with Peach Tree and Quick Books. Knowledge in performing any combination of routine calculating, posting, pertaining to business transactions. Knowledge in payroll computation, taxes (BGRT, EWRT, 1040CM, & FICA) and in complying with Tax and Revenue requirements, clearance and others. Knowledge in Logistics transactions, Sales Reports and Account Management. Familiar with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Must know how to generate sales and financial report. Other duties may assigned.
