| Job Title: | Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) |
| Job Duties: | • Operates a non-emergency medical vehicle. • Lifts, carries, and transports bedridden patients using proper techniques to and from residential, clinic and hospital medical facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. • Monitor and log patients' vital signs and condition throughout the transport. • Administer basic first aid and medical assistance, as needed. • Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and rules and regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. • Safely and effectively operate medical equipment and devices. • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment • Perform periodic initial and follow-up patient assessments to determine medical necessity for transport. • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Obtain and maintain Physician Certification Statements (PCS) for patients every 60 days. • Create, input, and submit patient EMS charts in our EMS chart software for every transport. • Coordinate with medical team and operations manager regarding EMS documentation. • Provide outstanding care and foster a positive patient experience. • Attend professional development training to enhance knowledge and capabilities, and to remain up-to-date with the latest developments in EMS practices. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or higher-level certification • CNMI licensure as an EMT • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Physical fitness to lift and transfer patients when required • Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and quality care • Reliable, compassionate, team-player enthusiastic to grow with our company |
