| Qualification Requirements: | A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for this occupation. Candidate must have and maintain American Red Cross certifications in Life Guarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED. Must be knowledgeable of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Written and oral proficiency in one or more of the following languages preferred: Japanese, Korean, or Russian. |
