| Job Title: | QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER |
| Job Duties: | Responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance; Gaining and understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicating with them the quality standards to the production teams; Devising, improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes and training staff to use them; Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance; Supervising production plant operators, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance; Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines; Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards; Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final products; Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ·Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance; Business Management; Engineering or similar field; Foreign equivalent is acceptable; ·Minimum of Five (5) years-experience in construction materials and supplies; ·Must be familiar with the different types of asphalt, concrete, aggregate, cement and sand used/required for specific construction projects; and ·Travel within the geographic areas of the three (3) islands of the CNMI (Saipan, Tinian & Rota). |
