Job Title: Computer Support Specialist
Job Duties: Oversee the daily performance of computer and computer telephone system in the entire office. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. Develop training and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications and provide the overall technical assistance to the staff. Maintain clients? records on file. To assist, manage, monitor and organize all computer related aspects of the business, from creating forms and organizing files, systems, backups, databases, subscriptions, domains, emails, etc. to making sure all computers are in good working condition.

Qualification Requirements: Must have 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist. Must have the ability to provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, spreadsheets, web design and hosting, electronic mail, and operating systems. Computer literate. Must be honest, dependable and trustworthy, can work diligently and independently with least supervision. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Applicant must be hardworking, efficient, able to multitask and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Applicant must be willing to work flexible time, holidays and weekends if necessary. Able to drive.

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for three (3) Computer Support Specialists. The work days will be Monday to Friday. Work hours will be from 9:00AM to 5:00AM for a total of 7 hours per day and minimum of 35 hours a week.
