Job Title: Assistant Manager - Beverage
Job Duties: •Manage beverage cost effectively and efficiently •Ensure delivery of world class beverage products as well as excellent guest service •Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, creativity, consistency and service •Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment •Monitor inventory and order beverage stock to meet demand within budget •Prepare and present regular reports to the manager - beverage •Continuously improve health and safety standards •Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction •Provide feedback to guests’ recommendations and share their ideas with staff and management •Coach, motivate, counsel and evaluate staff and encourage their participation in decision-making •Monitor team members’ hygiene and grooming according to company standards •Conduct departmental training and write operating procedures •Test and correct any deviations from procedures swiftly through on the job training •Promote a work environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, involved, equal and safe •Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards •Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: •1 year F&B experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property •Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, including wines, cocktails, spirits, nonalcoholic drinks or other drinks •Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company •Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy •Skilled in problem solving and training •Must have a High school diploma •Ability to operate Microsoft Windows, Office, POS software & Micros system •Excellent product knowledge of international cuisines and wine; beverages; budgeting and cash handling experience •Be able to speak, read, and write in English •Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin •Be computer and POS software literate •Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time •Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted •Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure •Ability to work a flexible schedule

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
