Job Duties: | Monitor the daily performance of the company's computer systems. Setup and install computer equipment for employee use, ensuring hardware, software & peripherals are working properly. Assess the employee's work are a for needed space for the computer equipment & peripheral as well as ensure necessary resources such as cables, power outlet, surge protection, and power backups are installed and functioning properly. Educate and train employees on the proper use of computer hardware and software and peripherals. Answer employee questions regarding computer software or hardware. Troubleshoot computer hardware or software if the answers do not solve the employee's computer problems. Troubleshooting includes conferring with the employee, performing diagnostic testing, consulting technical manuals or websites to resolve the computer hardware or software problem. Perform minor repairs; refer major hardware, peripheral equipment, or software problems to vendor or service center for service. Coordinate with vendor for pick-up/delivery of hardware/equipment and testing that it is working properly upon return from the vendor from service center. Periodically evaluate if the company's computers, hardware, software, and peripherals are working effectively or if they need replacement or upgrade. Modify and/or customize programs for internal needs. Perform other duties as may be assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum Associate’s degree holder with two years work related experience in installation and troubleshooting of PC and peripherals, computer programming, network, or managing windows server environment. Must be able to communicate with users in order to gather data, troubleshoot, train, and/or perform such activities related to computer systems support, maintenance, and/or enhancement. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
