Job Duties: | Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs; Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reports and procedural standards. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences; Prepare adjusting journal entries; Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts; Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations ton protect future revenues and expenses to provide advice; Report to management regarding the finances of establishment; Develop, o implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology; Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts; Review taxes owed and tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements; Assist internal and external auditors; Prepare bank reconciliation statements; Prepare quarterly reports required by main office in Japan; Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping; Evaluate and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the description, value, and location property. And other related duties as assigned or required. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be a Certified Public Accountant with 36 months experience; Know how in government reporting taxes, permits, licenses. Must have knowledge in Quick Book and Bonita Operation System. Computer skills is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company to various government agencies, vendors and agents. With tax seminars and Leadership Values and Management Accounting Seminar certificates. |
