| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, coordinate, oversee & manage activities directly related to daily operations of the company, specifically film coordination and apartment rental. Formulate policies, review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Prepare work schedules and assign specific duties, determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. May assist company’s filming crew customers from Japan with duties such as location hunting and guiding, obtaining filming permits, transportations, hiring and assigning specific duties to outside service staffs, by communicating with production staffs prior to the actual filming, as well as any other requests and needs which may arise on site. Accommodate company’s customers and vendors in Japanese. Do other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School diploma and minimum 2 years of experience as a general manager of a film coordination service company in Saipan; Must be knowledgeable in location sites and accommodations in Saipan and major islands of the CNMI. Must be knowledgeable in film/photography/advertisement/entertainment industries. Must be able to speak, preferably to read and write Japanese in order to accommodate and communicate with customers (film/photo shooting crews) from Japan. |
