Job Title: Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance
Job Duties: Pre-soak or rinse machine parts, equipment, or vehicles by immersing objects in cleaning solutions or water, manually or using the hoist. Lubricate machinery, vehicles, and equipment, and perform minor repairs and adjustments, using hand tools. Monitor the operation of cleaning machines, and stop machines or notify supervisors when malfunctions occur. Disassemble and reassemble machines or equipment; or remove and reattach vehicle parts and trim, using hand tools. Connect hoses and lines to pumps and other equipment. Maintain inventories of supplies. Apply paints, dyes, polishes, reconditioners, waxes, and masking materials to vehicles in order to preserve, protect, or restore color and condition. Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests. Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations. Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles. Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition. Manage inventory and reorder supplies. Inspect parts, equipment, and vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations. So other related duties as assign from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: Must have basic understanding of automobile & equipment repairs and routine maintenance. Willing to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet deadlines. Must be physically fit to handle all kinds of strenuous works. Must be able to secure CNMI driver’s license
