Job Title: | Shipping & Receiving Coordinator |
Job Duties: | Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing ISO Tanks & Industrial gases, and hardware item’s shipment. Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Examine tanks for damages, dents or possible gas leakage. Ensure that ISO tanks and Industrial gases tanks are in good & safe shipping conditions. Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged tanks or hardware materials, records weights shortage, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of LPG & Industrial Gases tanks & weights. May operate a tier-lift truck or use a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area. Prepare & generate reports of LPG & Industrial gases’ inventory; ISO Tanks & gas tanks inventory & current conditions; monthly report of shipping/receiving documents; clear shipment from CPA, pay the excise tax, arrange truck hauling service, etc. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDOS system. Must be knowledgeable in shipping/receiving procedures. Demonstrate flexibility and exceptional organizational skills. Must have general knowledge of ISO Tanks and other LPGas equipment. Familiar with hazardous safety handling. Attention to details is a MUST. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays. Hardworking and can work under less supervision. Must be able to secure CNMI driver's license. |
