| Job Duties: | Install, maintain and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration, appliances, and equipment of the hotel, commercial spaces and company business’ establishments. Identify and monitor maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems including industrial washers/dyers, appliances, etc. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards and work instructions. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Demonstrate flexibility and exceptional organizational skills to meet work deadline. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays. Hardworking and can work under less supervision. Must be able to secure CNMI driver’s license. |
