| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 5 years working experience as a pawnbroking store manager and be an accredited jewelry professional from certified jewelry institution. Must have knowledge in sales, marketing and some bookkeeping and team member scheduling. Must be knowledge in current world market trends, money service business, and local federal pawnbroking rules and regulation. Must be proficient in peachtree software and microsoft office and knowledgeable with precious metals and stones testing equipment. Certification from previous employer. Willing to work from flexible to flexible schedule including Sundays and Holidays. Drug test and Police clearance is required upon pre-employment.
