| Job Duties: | Maintain and minor repair the machines or equipment for the use of assembling certain souvenir items. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic equipment for fixing such souvenir items. Operates cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Duties may include the pipe fitting, insulating, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing building floors, stairs, windows walls. Do general cleaning and upkeep of building properties. Responsible for recognizing when the job above their skill level and require the expertise of a carpenter. May fix the wooden furniture and fixtures or other wooden materials. May fix or paint roof, windows, doors, floors, woodwork walls and other parts of the building especially the apartment rentals and warehouses. Perform routine maintenance for the equipment or other machinery in employees working area. |
