Job Duties: | Plans, directs, and monitors multi-services operations of the Collection Agency. Responsible for the daily activities of a highly productive and experienced collectors and staff engaged on in-house collection, repossession, and litigation. Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments. Establish and maintain client development thru marketing and client relations. Reviews, compiles data, and reports on status of accounts referred for collection. Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, clients, and directors. Access on-line computer system to input or retrieve information. Process EOD and database backup. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive managerial collection agency experience required. Proficient use of PC and Debtmaster Collection Software. Competent with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Office Outlook. Accredited with Fair Debt Collection Protection Act (FDCPA). Works with online-collection and bank loan systems. Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues in a fast paced high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines. |
