Job Title: Fuels Maintenance Technician
Job Duties: •Maintain fueling equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining petroleum related equipment; provides preventive maintenance •Perform operational maintenance & pre-maintenance check service on relevant equipment (filter separators, fuel pumps, storage tanks, nozzles & strainers, fuel pressure gauges, fuel meters, hoses, valves, etc.) •Facilitate repairs required •Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities •Maintain repair or maintenance records •Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations •Perform preventative maintenance which will include dispenser calibration •Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs •Participate in training for existing and new equipment •Calibrate equipment to specifications •Provide the highest quality service to the customers at all times •Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning •Ensure that all customer touch points are in proper functioning condition on a daily basis •Develop equipment or component configurations •Advise others on issues related to repairs, installation, or equipment design •Check and make repairs to plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks, kitchen and other equipment when required •Check and make repairs to electrical systems such as lighting systems, monitors, and food equipment when required •Perform repairs to building, furniture, bathrooms, etc. as needed; may perform painting tasks and/or carpentry work activities when required •Perform basic trouble shooting and repair of HVACR equipment when required •Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that preventive maintenance measures are performed to preserve the Retail & Commercial Sites and keep product quality to standard •Respond in a courteous manner to customer questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure customer satisfaction •Communicate with coworkers to coordinate installations or repairs •Coordinate with Store Leads and/or Supervisors to ensure property is maintained in like-new condition •Practice safety standards at all times and be alert to hazardous conditions. Report or correct any hazardous conditions immediately •Must be thoroughly familiar with Employee Handbook. Employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook •Comply proper attire for tasks in line with OSHA standards •Other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable of performing
