| Job Duties: | Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and patrons. Completes reports by recording, observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Call police or fire departments in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulate among patrons and employees to preserve order and protect premises. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Do other related duties as assign from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requires high school Diploma and needed anywhere from a few months to a 1 year working experience in related position. Hard worker and can work under less supervision. Must know basic skills in equipment and surveillance camera repair. Must possess the following personality traits: surveillance skills, deals with uncertainty, judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, reporting skills and physically and psychologically fit. Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekend. Must have clean criminal record and physically fit. Must have valid driver’s license and submit original police clearance. |
