| Job Duties: | Review customers' files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection and contact accounts for payment arrangements. Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions. Assists with the daily balancing and reconciliation of all cash sales and charged transactions. Prepare billing statements to accounts on a regular basis and makes follow-up requests for payment. Other related duties as assigned. |
