Job Duties: | • Display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company's service and operational culture. • Maintain a working knowledge of the VIP program in order to effectively assist guests. • Provides exceptional level of personalized service to VIP guests. Maintain a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events/promotions in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. • Assists with maintaining player accounts, recording player information and assisting with casino promotions, tournaments, etc. • Coordinates VIP guest transportation requirements, gaming activities and any other special needs/requests. • Resolves customer conflicts which relate to VIP guests and services • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and gaming regulations. • Act as Liaison between VIP guests and Gaming personnel/management when required. • Building goodwill and loyalty by ensuring client satisfaction during all phases of the player’s visit • Assist in handling VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc) • Assists in planning and implementation of Casino Marketing activities. • Account settlement. • Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests • Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. •Perform other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | • High school graduate with good communication skills • Must have a minimum of a few months to 1 year customer service and casino marketing experience • Be 21 years of age. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages, preferred (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) |
