Must be able to operate a variety of cleaning equipments to include polishing, marble, and shampoo machinery. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-working environment, etc.. cleaning include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of lounge rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and lavatories, etc... candidate must have knowledge is solution dilution, knowledge in providing carpet shampoo, marble and granite cleaning services, and polishing services of all kinds of floorings. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidate should possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., ADI, or ABE diploma or its equivalent of 3 to 6 months commercial cleaning experience with recommendation, certification of employment. Candidate must have a clean criminal record and should be reliable, dependable, and honest. Prospective candidate if hired will be subject to drug-testing, candidate must have reliable form of transportation and must be able to work with or without supervision. Employees hired under Tropical Cleaning Services will enter into an "Agreement of Confidentiality" with our firm as a safeguard measure to the customers we provide our services to. |
