| Job Duties: | Plans layout, install and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipments for building and landscaping designs; repairs or replace wiring equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools; plans new or modified installation to minimize waste of materials; assemble, install, test or maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, appliances, apparatus or fixtures including irrigation systems for landscaping projects using testing devises to ensure compatibility and safety of system; performs maintenance and repairs of power mowers,troubleshoots electrical equipments and other tools used in the garden or zoo for landscaping and ground maintenance; install rock gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, irrigation system, retaining walls, fences and playground equipments used in landscaping projects; Do other work as required by management when landscaping projects are not available such as ground maintenance and the care and maintenance of animals at the zoo. |

Must have knowledge on layout and installation of electric wiring equipment and fixtures based on job specs and local codes. |
